We have always taken pride in our customer-first mission. Today, as the COVID-19 situation continues to rapidly evolve, we want to reiterate that we are here for you now more than ever. With the power of MyCase’s cloud-based technology, you can accomplish a tremendous amount of work virtually to support your team and clients. We take the safety of our employees, their families, and our communities very seriously, and want to ensure that we’re doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have stopped all travel and in-person event participation and have moved our teams to work remotely.

Our workforce is well prepared with the technology and tools required to operate as usual during this time. Because we deliver cloud-based software we have already invested in business continuity infrastructure designed to maintain the availability and performance of the software.

We’re all focused on doing our part during this challenging and rapidly changing situation. We will continue to post relevant and useful information to the MyCase Blog, sharing best practices from our MyCase community of users as well as industry professionals.
